Privacy and terms of use.

Private information, responsible access.

This Shirkuh website uses the information you share to handle contact and membership requests and manage the Grotto's internal functions. Access is verified through a code sent to your email address.

Applications and petitions are visible only to your Grotto's Secretary and Monarch. The member portal displays the approved treasury total, expense summaries and authorized reports. Administrative records and internal notes are not published.

The audit history records who made changes and published information. Requests to correct or delete information should be directed to the Monarch or Secretary; any necessary retention of institutional records will be considered.

Maps request your permission to use your location; this website does not store those coordinates. Map tiles are loaded from OpenFreeMap/OpenStreetMap, and fonts are provided by Google Fonts. These services receive the requests needed to display their resources.

Terms of use

An online application does not constitute admission or replace the signed petition. Humanitarian Foundation links lead to a separate organization that manages its own programs and contributions. This website does not accept payments.

Photographs from the Realm are credited to Grottoes International and do not represent local Shirkuh activities. The Shirkuh logo was provided by the organization. Rights to third-party material remain with their respective owners.

Version for institutional review: before the website opens to the public, Shirkuh must complete its contact information as the responsible organization and approve this notice.
